Job Vacancy: Photogrammetry Specialist
What will you do?
As a Photogrammetry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing aerial imagery captured by our systems into high-quality photogrammetric products. You will ensure that these products meet customer specifications and deliver only the highest data products.
In addition to data processing, you will contribute to improving our internal photogrammetry workflows. With your knowledge and experience, you will help us develop new insights and optimize our processes.
You will primarily work with our data processing team at our office in Drachten, but partial remote work is also possible.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated professional who:
- can independently manage projects from start to finish, translating tender specifications into final deliverables that meet customer requirements;
- has at least 3 years of experience processing photogrammetric data from medium- to large-format camera systems (e.g., Vexcel, Leica, PhaseOne, IGI) captured by manned aircrafts;
- holds a bachelor’s degree in geology or a related field, or has equivalent experience;
- has a strong understanding of GIS tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or FME;
- is capable of working independently and applying effective problem-solving skills;
- is eager to learn new skills and grow professionally;
- has strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required);
- is preferable located in The Netherlands, but at least in the EU;
- is experienced with one or more of the following software packages (the higher in the list, the more important):

- PCI Geomatics (Catalyst)
- QGIS, ArcGIS
- BINGO
- FME
- Vexcel Ultramap
- Skyline Photomesh
- Basic scripting (Python, R, CLI, etc.)
- Terrasolid
- LasTools
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
